Daniele was the proud owner and director of Exhale Yoga Studio LLC in Livingston NJ from 2007 to 2010. In January 2011 Daniele formed Ignite Yoga Center. The new yoga studio, also located in Livingston has expanded their services and Yoga styles to the community.

Christine Varijan, RYT
Alison Christine, a yoga student since the mid 90’s, has an extensive background in dance and theatre, a BS in Psychology, and a MA in Education.
While seeking ways to calm the mind while keeping a “dancer’s body,” she found yoga. Exceeding all expectations, the path of yoga became a refuge during difficult times, and an open door for balance and peace.
Chris is truly blessed to have received her 200 hour certification training at Exhale Yoga (now Ignite Yoga Center), and extensive training with various “yoga-lebrities.” Most recently, Chris became a certified Xen Strength Yoga With Weights® instructor.
Chris lives in Caldwell with her twins, Calista and Mikaela. She works full time as a language arts teacher, and when she’s not “keeping up” with the twins, you can find her teaching and practicing yoga in various studios and gyms. Chris will forever be grateful for the amazing yogis and dear friends who continue to inspire her on this amazing journey.

Courtney James Cruse
Courtney has been practicing yoga since 2006 and feels it has changed her life and is a great balance to other forms of fitness. As a runner and fitness enthusiast, Courtney started yoga to help with stretching and breathing and quickly realized it was something she wanted to share with others by teaching herself. She completed her 200-hour teaching training in 2013 and has added many workshops and continuing education classes since then. Courtney’s classes off a fusion of vigorous vinyasa flow and mind-body connection through breath and movement.
Gerald is first and foremost a student of the movement of the human body. With a background steeped in athletics, Gerald molded his passion for movement and his study of anatomy into a dedicated yoga practice. He took his first yoga class over 10 years ago and was drawn both to the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. Intrigued by how yoga made him feel and in order to deepen his own practice, Gerald completed his first teacher training. He attended numerous yoga workshops, festivals, and events and eventually could not ignore his burning desire to teach yoga.
So began Gerald’s life’s work. Trained in Vinyasa yoga his teaching centers on linking breath to movement with a heavy emphasis on core engagement and the interplay between the recruitment of different muscle groups. Gerald’s classes are designed to challenge you but also leave you peaceful and serene. By pushing the body through vigorous asana, he encourages his students to connect every movement to their breath, thus unlocking mental clarity and an over all sense of well being. Gerald’s clients include everything from major college athletic programs to private individuals.

She also has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Michigan State University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. When not teaching yoga, Johanna is a full time practicing lawyer and part time ninja and loves to hike, ski, build furniture and play with her two children.

She began to teach yoga in 2007 and those amazing students continue to practice with her today.
